Responsibilities

- Reporting to Civil Manager

- Responsible for the civil construction of the power plant station

- Plan and prepare station requirements (Subcon, suppliers, materials, equipment) based on the baseline program and work with the technical/contracts department to finalize and submit for approval

The ideal candidate will lead the design, optimization, and scaling of vacuum-based sputtering processes for thin-film deposition, ensuring high efficiency, uniformity, and durability in solar module production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Development & Optimization:
   • Develop and optimize sputtering processes for deposition of thin films, including metal oxides, metals, and transparent conductive layers for perovskite solar modules.

• Oversee process design for process plant (Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, etc) including process simulation, mass balance, process flow diagram (PFD), P&ID, equipment layout, sizing calculation, control philosophy, process input for instrument/valve list, etc
