What we will need from you

The Senior/Officer, Air Export is responsible to execute day to day Air Export duties as specified by the Supervisor, Air Export Operations. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Export Operation

1. Ensure all shipments HAWB/MAWB and billings are executed on time and accurately
2. Ensure all FWB/FHL transmitted to terminal before transfer
3. Liaise with transporter to ensure all shipments are transfer to terminal on time
4. Adhere to customer's SOP and requirements at all times

• Contractor Costing

1. Ensure that all contractor's cost are correct and updated into system
2. Liaise with accounts department to ensure all cost are tally

• Permit

1. Review permit report and ensure all shipments are declared
2. Comply with AED requirements
3. CMD Submission via CCNHub

• Shipment Uplifting

1. Check and update shipment uplifting timing in report file and system
2. Ensure all offloaded/partial shipment status are updated in report file

• Adhoc

1. Any adhoc duties assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Air Export Operation
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level education
• Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry
• Full understanding of all freight and logistics product solutions
• Proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multi-task
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
