Safety

• Responsible for maintaining/implementing Driver & Vehicle Safety Framework (DEL-01-01) for sites & gas & gear within area of responsibility.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance at Golden Rules & Driver Safety Policy

Customers

• Ensure schedule compliance of trips to customers based on orders
• Come up with a daily bulk delivery schedule at 12:00 PM and PGP scheduler at 5:00 PM with ETA – Expected Time of Arrival per customers
• Maintain close communications with key stakeholders in dispatch, customer service, sales, operations, transport and production to ensure timely completion of schedule and producing the most cost and operationally effective schedule daily.
• Maximize time and capacity utilization of vehicles
• Reduce product return or backloads to site by continuously improving the scheduling process.
• Manage situations of product shortage, plant shutdown, vehicle shortage and any other situations that can negatively affect scheduling efficiency with the relevant stakeholders to ensure minimal stock outs.

• Send a weekly shipping schedule to Cylinder Supply Chain Management (CSCM) warehouse supervisors
