About the department
You will join the Finance and Operations Department, reporting to the Senior Director Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The position
As a Senior Finance Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Manage the overall Finance planning calendar, coordinate and consolidate input from business areas and affiliates, and ensure accurate financial reporting, including Anchor Budget /Rolling Estimate (AB/RE) budgets and Business Services & Compliance (BSC) processes.

The Senior Manager - Commercial & Estimation will be responsible for producing various classes of cost estimates for rig repair and refurbishment projects. They will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that estimates are comprehensive and adhere to project requirements.

Details/duties:

• Attend project meetings to obtain thorough understanding of Scope of Work and cost estimate requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Jack Up drilling rig projects including engineering, procurement, fabrication, site manhours (application of agreed norms) and third-party vendors.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering and Operations, to embed compliance considerations into business operations and product development.
• Oversee the execution of regulatory control reviews, including Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessments (EWRA), regulatory obligations Gap-Analysis, as well as ensuring continuous evaluation of regulatory risks across the organization.
• Manage internal and external regulatory audits, ensuring readiness, coordination, and timely responses to findings or recommendations.
• Maintain and improve the company’s Compliance Training Program to promote awareness and deeper understanding of Compliance obligations across all levels of the organization.
• Conduct detailed reviews and assessments of regulatory policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date with evolving laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Serve as a key point of contact for regulators and Law Enforcement Agencies, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a proactive and transparent relationship
• Provide strategic compliance guidance to leadership and operational teams, balancing business objectives with regulatory requirements
• Oversee the development and implementation of reporting systems to track compliance metrics, ensuring clear visibility into the organization’s regulatory adherence.
• Foster a strong culture of compliance by actively engaging with teams across the organization and promoting adherence to the company’s risk and compliance standards.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience within a regulatory compliance role in financial services, technology, law enforcement, or a government agency, with deep expertise in Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management;
• Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of global regulatory frameworks, including AML/CFT practices, while collaborating with regulators, merchants, third-party payment processors, and banking partners in the Fintech and Payments sector;
• Extensive technical knowledge and experience with Regulatory Compliance requirements globally, including expertise in cross-border payments, financial institutions, payments, money service businesses, and banking compliance.
• Proficient in areas such as AML/CFT, prudential regulation, data protection, anti-corruption, internal fraud prevention, and consumer protection laws.
• Proven experience in optimising regulatory compliance efforts;
• Hands-on experience working collaboratively with cross-functional leadership, including legal, engineering, product management, and data analytics teams, to enhance regulatory compliance systems and processes.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor teams of varying sizes while fostering a culture of compliance, integrity, and high performance.
• Methodical and strategic approach to work, with excellent time management skills and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant and relatable experience in Payments / FinTech / Financial Institutions required
• Familiarity with card acquiring / issuing schemes / Payments highly desirable
• Compliance Risk Management education preferred such as OCEG, ACAMS, ICA etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project Management experience and/or certifications will be an advantage

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies - Design marketing strategies including designing landing pages, copywriting, email marketing, and remarketing campaigns to drive effective digital marketing campaigns that produce results on different marketing channels (e.g. Google, YouTube, Tik Tok, Facebook etc) to promote our products and services.
• Event Planning - Plan and manage events from end-to-end, which includes conferences, seminars, workshops, corporate meetings, webinars & networking events
• Marketing Campaigns & Promotions - Drive communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution. Conceptualize, plan, and implement marketing promotions, campaigns, and activations to boost clinic sales.
• Execute Marketing Plans Within Budget - Plan and manage the marketing budget for customer acquisition campaigns and ensuring the KPI and ROI are met.
• Reporting and Analysis - Set up and track analytics to measure the marketing performance and track various trends, statistics, and performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at a time.
• Creative and has the ability to problem solve and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
• Team-oriented player with ability to get things done quickly.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Engineering or related
• 10 years and above management experience of technical professionals or Project Management experience
• Must have relevant prior working experience in electric vechicles projects. This is pre-requisite for this application
• Possess excellent planning and organization, interpersonal and communication, and problem-solving skills
• A good track record in completed MEPCM projects preferable
• Ability to coordinate and lead matrixed and diverse teams & work independently with a high level of initiatives
• Strong professional communications
• Service Delivery Management experience is an added advantage plus
• Understand and adhere to the MEPCM values
