What a Pre-Sales Senior Manager does at Visa:

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Pre-sales (VGS) in the Asia Pacific region that is a self-starter, hands-on, ready to learn and experiment, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This role is client-facing and focuses on the pre-sales, solution design and technical development phases of an opportunity by supporting our regional frontline sales functions. What we expect of you, day to day:

Why this is important to Visa

Visa’s strategy on capturing a share of new flows focuses on Government payments as a key pillar. Visa Government Solutions (VGS) is a new team established for this purpose. Budgetary & Resource Managment

Frameworks, process assurance, risk management

• Work with various stakeholders (Business/Product Owner, Program / Project Managers., Technical Delivery Managers, SDM team) review and propose refinements to the Ways of Working and associated SDM deliverables, in particular optimizing Agile vs Waterfall frameworks
• Track and manage Risk Appetite statement performance, MRAs, and Audits

Requirements:

• Project Management Certification, Lean /Six Sigma (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile or equivaent) is preferred
• Experienced of having direct responsibility for project with budget size of $10 to $20 million.
• 8+ years of experience in retail banking , and exposure to banking, product, operations, and process.
