• -Liaise with academic institutions/government agencies for various talent programs
• -Attend recruitment events to solicit interest from external talent pools
• - Facilitate assimilation of new joiners into the organisation and team through
• engagement with operation teams to understand business needs and job
• requirements.
• - Gather feedback from new joiners about their onboarding and induction experience
• so as to take proactive actions to address areas for improvement.
• - Review job descriptions for HQ and operations
• -Analyse employee engagement metrics such as retention and attrition rates
• -Stay informed of Talent Attraction trends and innovations in order to ensure
• company is competitive in the employment market
• - Analyse HR related data and salary benchmarking
• - Conduct exit interviews
• - Any other special projects and duties as assigned

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• -Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma holder in human resource management or other related
• disciplines
• - Minimum 3 years of human resource management experience in the same
• capacity, preferably in F&B/Hospitality/Service industry
• - Able manage and lead a small team
