RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Integrated Marketing), will support the execution of institutional branding and social media initiatives to enhance National Gallery Singapore's presence and engagement. This role involves coordinating campaigns, creating content, managing platforms, and providing operational support to achieve integrated marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in institutional branding efforts to target specific customer segments through a range of online-to-offline (O2O) marketing channels, with the overarching goals of enhancing brand awareness and increasing both online and offline visitation to the Gallery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media campaigns aligned with the Gallery's objectives and audience segments to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Formerly Twitter), and YouTube to achieve social media KPIs.
• Manage and maintain social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, X (Formerly Twitter), and YouTube, including daily monitoring, posting, and responding to comments and inquiries to maintain a positive and interactive social presence for the Gallery.

• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platforms, and best practices and incorporate insights into social media strategy and campaigns for improvement and growth.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Leverage User Generated Content to enhance the Gallery's online presence and engagement with our visitors.

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Arts, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably in a professional or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding and familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.
• Experience in creating engaging content, filming, and video editing specifically for social media.
• Proficiency in tracking and analysing social media metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and content optimization.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.

Job Description

• To act as Senior Civil Site Engineer for the construction of underground MRT Station
• Plan and Supervise ERSS and Deep Excavation works
• Supervise and ensure strict quality control
• Prepare and Review Technical Documents
• Keep record of all site activities and prepare daily site report
• Supervise any repair works
• Monitor and report progress of the works on site
• 60 hours per week working hours

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering

• Sound understanding and knowledge of civil related regulation, standards, and reference of design – such as Euro Design Codes, Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice, and statutory requirements (LTA, BCA, PUB etc.), with hands on experience in usage of Civil Engineering Software.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Local IFRS Accounting & Project Management team.
