Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in economics, accounting or business administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, controlling or risk reporting roles in the agribusiness commodity business
• Extensive knowledge of commodity valuation concepts (mark-to-market, lower of cost and net realizable value).
• Capable of analyzing and reconciling trading gross margin estimates against trader’s PNL.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and commodity trade execution processes
• Exposure to key commodity trading instruments (forward cash contracts, basis/premium contracts, futures, options)
• Good skills in excel and strong sense of numbers.

We require the Personal Assistant to be highly organised and proactive in providing comprehensive support to our Senior Management team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management of Senior Management including travel management and planning
• Organise and schedule meetings and events, including arrangement of venues, preparing agendas and materials ​
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Ensure all materials are accurate and delivered on time.
• Minutes taking and ensure timely follow up on action items​
• Act as the primary point of contact between Senior Management and internal/external stakeholders, i.e. handle phone calls, emails and correspondence.
• Provide administrative support, including email correspondence, document management, admin building, pantry, facilities logistics, events planning and setup
• Other admin duties – obtaining supplies, sorting/distributing mails, general office administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Education in Business Administration, Management or related field
• Proven experience as a personal assistant, preferably supporting Senior Management
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work in construction site office during construction stage and Jurong Island. (Morning transportation pick-up points available at different parts of Singapore.)
