As a part of the Client Management team, the Account Exec/Senior Account Executive will be the key project contact with clients, internal teams and other agency partners/vendors. You will be supporting our Senior Account Manager / Associate Account Director in various pitches and projects, which could range from discussing project requirements with team members, working out cost & budgets, external vendor liaison, relationship building and management (internal and external), as well as client/project management from end-to-end (pitch-execution-reporting).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support Senior Account Manager / Associate Account Director in pitches and/or ongoing projects.
• Embodies charisma and is able to build and maintain good relationships with various Clients and Vendors (e.g. Production Houses, Freelancers etc.) alike.
• Demonstrates effective and clear communication with both Internal Teams and External Parties.
• Work closely within the Account Management Team, and with other Internal Teams - Creative, Marketing, Production team to deliver remarkable and innovative work.
• Effectively manage project’s quality, timeline, budgeting and finance processes from end-to-end.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and keeping calm under pressure / seeking out solutions.

Experience and Attributes

• 1.5 - 2 years in the Marketing/Advertising industry highly preferred
• Ability to manage, plan and prioritise time, while being self-motivated to achieve outstanding results.
• Eye for detail, with the capacity to learn fast and drive their own personal development.
• Strong organisational skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• A team player who is hungry to learn, proactive and ready to pursue excellence.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital marketing and Social Media Platforms.

• Basic $2300 to $2700 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Overtime (OT)
• Tuas (Company Transport: Boon Lay; Bukit Batok; Choa Chu Kang)
• 5 days’ work week; Monday to Friday (8:15am to 5:45pm)

• Forklift License advantageous

Job Scope:

• Receive goods from suppliers and contractors and file up GIR / QC Report.
• Check for over shipment or short shipment against the purchase order
• Report discrepancy on goods received to the Supervisors.
• Check and maintain all incoming and outgoing stock records.
• Issue of materials to workshop / production staff
• In-charge of day to day delivery duties if such job is assigned
• Operate forklift
• Take on added tasks / responsibilities as assigned by the superiors.

Requirement:

• Driving license (advantage)
• Must know how to operate forklift (if no license, company can send him to training and get the license)
