We are seeking for an MEP Executive Senior QS who will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, tendering, procurement, contract administration, and cost control related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within construction projects.

3) Contract Administration

· Review and verify subcontractor payment claims (including supporting documents).

5) Change management

· Ensure changes are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

6) Risk management

· Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with MEP works and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications: -

1) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field.

2) Minimum 8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm or Construction Firm.

3) Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.

4) Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
