Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the operational conduct of workshop staff and providing support to the Operations and Fleet Manager in managing day-to-day work activities efficiently. Responsibilities include maximizing manpower utilization, maintaining productivity levels, and ensuring high efficiency. Additionally, this role entails maintaining all cranes in optimal condition to uphold delivery schedules and budgetary requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise servicemen, resolve conflicts, and handle administrative matters, including managing and enforcing employee discipline from the Fleet.

· Monitor all relevant documents, manage performance evaluations for Fleet Management employees, and oversee workshop daily work progress and service reports for billing.

· Maintain cranes and equipment in optimal condition, scheduling maintenance as needed.

· Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize costs by maximizing fuel efficiency and reducing unexpected repairs.

· Supervise workflow and distribution within the workshop.

· Maintain and update records, including schedules, repairs, licenses, and accident reports.

Job Description

• Handle full sets of accounts including accounts receivables and accounts payables
• Perform monthly closing reports, bank reconciliation, schedules and variance analysis as well as yearly financial statements
• Manage debtors’ control to ensure timely collection of trade receivables
• Liaise with Sales department with regard to invoicing and collection matters
• Review payments to suppliers (local and overseas)
• Perform checking to ensure staff claims & expenses valid and accurate
• Record expenses into Navision system
• Payment processing to vendors and inter-companies, and check to relevant supporting documents.
• Liaise with auditor for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit
• Ensure compliance of financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), company policies and other regulations
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent
• Audit experience is a distinct advantage
• Relevant work experience in full set of accounts for an organisation in Singapore would be advantageous
• Hands-on experience in Navision would also be advantageous
• Meticulous and able to work effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

* Assist to establish a Fire Safety Committee and Company Emergency Response Team (CERT)

* Conduct fire safety training for occupants, fire wardens and Company Emergency Response Team CERT)

Responsibilities:

• Review and manage the design of geotechnical works, including ERSS, piling, ground improvement, slope stabilization, etc.
• Analyze soil profiles and evaluate toe levels for ERSS works
• Conduct feasibility and optioneering studies for geotechnical works using in-house engineering capabilities
• Interpret instrumentation and monitoring data and collaborate with consultants to address related issues
• Attend regular and ad-hoc meetings and coordinate with clients, authorities, QPS, and consultants as required
• Provide construction support by preparing and reviewing shop drawings for geotechnical works
• Assist with relevant authority approvals (LTA, DBC, PUB, etc.) in the area of geotechnical works and impact assessment
• Participate in LTA Project Safety Reviews (PSR) for CDSS and CNSS
• Assist with pile testing, including ultimate and working load tests
• Assist with pumping tests and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Independent, self-motivated, responsible and possess a good working attitude.
• Proficiency in geotechnical engineering software and CAD is preferred.
