• Define and prioritize product roadmap and feature backlog based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product development meets technical requirements and timelines.
• Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and differentiation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide product training and support to the sales team, enabling them to effectively promote and sell the security camera product range.
• Ensure the competitiveness of the product by conducting cost analysis and preparing cost down plan.
• Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with both customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment aligned with specified requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to security camera products.
• Prepare documentation such as PMB and other internal communication materials to ensure stakeholders are kept up-to-date.
