Market Access Manager, Patient Access, Economics – SEA – Medical Technology

The Opportunity

Within Market Access you will have the responsibility to execute the strategy in the South East Asia region for Medical / Surgical products and successfully increasing adoption and coverage.

You should come with a good knowledge of the South East Asia market regarding expanding patient access of Medical Technologies and Device through solid understanding the landscape of government agencies, reimbursement, payers, HTA activity, evidence needs and KOLs relationships.

Through health economic tools, you will also identify the intricacies of access to major APAC and SEA markets. The objective will be to develop and execute market access and health economic capabilities and lead the go to market strategies.

What we look for:

• Good background in Market Access, HTA, Reimbursement, Health Economics, Health policy relating to Medical Technology (approximately 5-8 years’ experience)
• An understanding of the SEA market regarding reimbursement, payers, health economics, government policy, HTA policy, best practice etc.
• Familiar with the hurdles of various public health systems across SEA as well as obstacles from payers, HTA agencies, health policy makers and the like – knowledge on health systems across the region will be a strong advantage
• Being a subject matter expert in health policy, healthcare strategy, payer relations, HTA management

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Technical section in the Power and Renewables team for the development of Renewable Generation Projects in SEA
• Perform site assessments and evaluate engineering designs for ground mounted solar and BESS projects throughout the project lifecycle
• Follow up on the detail engineering phase with selected partners, ensuring compliance with Technical Specifications and relevant legal requirements of the Renewable Generation Projects in SEA
• Support the execution of Renewable Generation Projects with strict compliance of HSE, Environmental, Quality and Keppel relevant policies
• Supervise and oversee the on-site construction and commissioning processes to ensure the projects meet the design specifications
• Provide technical input for Operation & Maintenance activities (such as O&M manual, solar monitoring setup, etc.)
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to improve project delivery continuously

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor or Master in Electrical or Energy Engineering Degree from an accredited university. Additional qualifications in Management Administration, Safety, Project or Quality Management wll be an advantage
• At least 8 years' relevant Electrical Engineering experience in the power sector
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including AC and DC systems
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as PVsyst, Helioscope, SolarGIS, and Homer Pro
• Detailed knowledge and experience of modern Health, Safety and Environmental practices
• Good understanding, technical knowledge and experience in the Design and/or Construction of large-scale ground mounted Solar PV Power Projects
