Our client is in search of a capable Senior Accountant to oversee a diverse client portfolio and provide leadership within a team environment.

In this role, you'll lead the month-end closing process across multiple entities, ensuring precision and effectiveness. Your leadership abilities will be crucial as you mentor the team in upholding flawless accounting records and filing protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of accountants, overseeing and managing financial statements and month-end closing to ensure timely completion of clients' management accounts and financial statements.
• Provide leadership and training to the accounting team, emphasizing record maintenance, filing best practices, inter-company accounting processes, and problem-solving skills development.
• Prepare financial reports including budgeting and treasury management for a portfolio of companies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GST and Corporate tax.
• Assist with client and audit queries as needed.
• Proactively manage deadlines to ensure timely task completion.
• Willingness to be seconded to client's office when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or related field with 4 years of experience, preferably in audit, consolidation, or reviewer roles.
• Proficiency in Singapore/International Financial Reporting Standards, demonstrating strong accounting knowledge.
• Proven track record as a Senior Accountant or similar role; experience as an Outsourcing Accountant is advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of training and mentoring junior team members; proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks.

Job Description:

1. Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning or increase product range to

create more revenue for outlet sales.

2. Track the progress of weekly and monthly sales and ensure the store on track to achieve the

given budget.

3. Coach and support all team members and suggest sales training and techniques to create a

more sales for the outlet and guide the team members.

4. Evaluate employee performance and identify if any training needed and motivate staff to

perform their best

5. Make sure all employees adhere to company policies and guidelines and act as company

representative and set an example for our staff.

6. Conduct own internal audit in line with IQA standard and ensure Team Members comply to all

requirement of food safety standard.

7. Work with relevant department in HQ to ensure smooth operations at outlet in term of stock

availability and also the quality of the products.

8. Create own store reports, analyse and interpret current and past sales record of the store to

further improvise the sales to hit the monthly & yearly budget.

9. Attend all required meetings and training on any new updates on the company policy or

system from time to time and represent to the Team Members.

Job Requirement:

· Proven experience as Retail Manager or In-Charge level in Butchery field.

· Leadership and organizational skills includes interpersonal and communication skills.

· Flexibility to work in any shift at any time based on company need.

· Good in computer skills, able to do sales reports and analysis

· Familiarity with financial aspect and customer service principle.

· Professional in solving any store issue without disrupting store operations.

1. Prepare construction method statement, manpower plan, construction equipment plan, and schedule during the project bidding stage.

2. Supervise contractors on the job site for quality, safety, and schedule.

3. Quantity verification of progress.

4. Provide guidance and technical support to resolve construction problems.

5. Coordinate with related departments and public authorities to solve the project issues.

6. Implementation of various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting, and construction in the entire process.

7. To ensure the communication with, and involvement of, all interested disciplines in each project.

8. Perform leadership and direction within the project execution team;

Key qualification:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or CSA background.

2. Minimum 8 years of construction experience, at least 1 five-star hotel project CM experience.

3. Verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English.

4. Strong capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, safety management, quality control, and cost control.

5. Knowledge of Microsoft project planner.
