The TDA role provides End to End technical leadership and ownership for post sales engineering of
customer solutions, engaging with Pre-sales, Product Engineering, Service Delivery, Service Assurance and the customer, through design, delivery and migration stages. Provide level 4 support for design related support issues. Serves as a technical expert on solutions design and implementation requirements to address business needs. Analyses the functionality and constraints of recommended solution/changes across multiple systems/platforms/applications. Also plans and implements processes and systems for effective delivery of complex solution sought by customers. Minimum qualification & experience

Key Responsibilities

Post-sales design documentation, implementation and migration of advanced complex solutions
for managed enterprise customers. Complex solutions consist of multi-product services. The TDA’s

II. Major Functions:

The Manager should be able to do business development and corporate stewardship within WWF-Singapore. The Asst. Strategic Direction & Leadership

• Lead in making sure that employee engagement events are delivered in collaboration with various teams within WWF.

• Where applicable, ensure that employee engagement partners are properly handed over to the Stewardship / Corporate Business Development Team to follow up on the partnership for further relationship / expansion.

Programme Maintenance: Together Possible @ Work

• Maintain the programme microsite with up-to-date campaign information, new engagement product offerings, and toolkits.
• Monitor results of employee engagements, report back on objectives, apply learnings across engagements.
• Share best practices of local employee engagement strategies, and provide other WWF global network offices with recommendations based on WWF-Singapore’s successes.

Required Qualifications

Role Purpose

• Lead performs estimation, coordination and monitoring of all weight management related activities on project with the target to achieve most accurate estimation of all modules of the FPSO for weighing, dry, lift, operating conditions.
