The Strategic Customer Success Manager is responsible for the rollout of the TMC program to a customer that is utilizing TMC services in multiple regions of the world, as well as the growth and retention of the strategic global account. The role will act as a liaison between TMC Implementation resources, customer resources, and the TMC Operational teams. The position’s main objective is to ensure the customers is deriving maximum value and utilization from our technology and services via relationship-focused client management. As the primary point of accountability, the Strategic Customer Success Manager is responsible for delivering and executing the global project plan and rollout, the successful receipt of the project from implementation, and ensuring successful execution operations and account strategy. This role will also establish the customer’s global savings hierarchy, joint KPI scorecards, and operational support and management plan. The role develops strategic relationships, provides value creation, solution expansion, and ensures overall customer satisfaction. This is accomplished by cultivating trust, creating alignment of executive level customer contacts, and customer advocacy. Additionally, this role drives results through strategic business reviews and strategic account plans and owns the customer value proposition. The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Job responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of System Engineering at basis level and to the Lead/Senior Technical Safety Engineer at project level.
• Implement Company work processes, procedures and quality policies as required by project.

Work experience requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience having worked in an engineering setup for upstream oil & gas projects (Fixed and Floating installations) having served in the capacity of a Safety Engineer, having accrued thereof a minimum experience of 5 years in the capacity of a Senior Safety Engineer.
• Must have prior work experience with medium/ large sized brownfield and/or greenfield projects in the upstream Oil and Gas sector and possess a good understanding of project phases, milestones, deliverables, internal and external interfaces.
• Must have significant experience with implementing Safety Design Philosophies and Specifications related to Escape and Emergency Response, Active and Passive Fire Protection, Fire and Gas detection, Design Accidental Loads, Emergency Shutdown and Human Factor Engineering.
• Must have had significant experience with developing Safety Engineering Deliverables related to Escape Route Layouts, Firewater Calculations and P & IDs, Fire and Gas Drawings, Hazardous Area, Noise Specification and Flare Radiation.
• Must have had significant exposure to supporting the development and implementation of recommendations from third party safety studies and workshops, including HAZID/ENVID, SIL Classifications, Smoke, Gas, Fire and Explosion Risk Analyses, Evacuation Analyses, QRA, ALARP assessments, Fire and Gas Mappings and Noise Studies.
