Job description:

• Responsible for day to day Operations and administration on network & security infrastructure
• Responsible for firewall security appliances, routers and switches particularly trouble shooting and/or debugging network related problems.

- 2+ years of people management in an engineering organization, strong leadership skills and stress-resistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SEC and SOX Manager to join our finance team. The SEC and SOX Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements, and other financial reporting standards. Purpose:

1. In charge of the company entire Accounting department. Overview of quarterly budget, monthly closing, monthly GST submission, monthly cash flow budget.
