• Responsible for leading and directing estimating resources and proposing costing strategies through the review and analysis of completed projects as well as global and regional cost data to effect such strategies towards the realization ofCompany's business objectives.
• Responsible for ensuring that the Estimation & Analysis (E&A) Team personnel are in possession of correct skills, are given appropriate training, are up-to-date on the latest methods, procedures and requirements, and are sufficiently resourced to accomplish their tasks effectively
• Responsible for the effective review of tender specifications by E&A team and to ensure full understanding of project preambles and methods of measurement for purpose of generating accurate costing for tenders in line with project requirements.

• Lead E&A team in vendor and customer techno-commercial clarifications and negotiations together with Procurement/Subcontracting teams and Marketing team, respectively.
• To develop, establish and implement effective business processes within the E&A team to ensure an acceptable degree of accuracy and credibility in the estimation of costs, for the company to remain competitive in pricing decisions by senior management.
• Refine and reconfigure estimating and analysis business processes that will ensure applicability at the project level.
• Ensure the setting up of a robust bid analysis system to evaluate cost estimates metrics by trades, categories, cost codes etc.
• Responsible for leading the implementation of cost estimating strategies for projects, including direct labour, materials, permanent equipment, construction equipment, project conceptual layout, outsourcing, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring the preparation and submission of accurate cost estimations, cost summaries and bid analysis by E&A team, and concise presentation in a timely fashion for submission to senior management.
• Responsible for the triangulation of cost estimates, actual past project costs, and proposed basis for costing strategy, for discussion and review with senior management.
• Responsible for the setup and preservation of database system for project cost estimates versus actual project costs by working with Marketing, Project Management, Production, Procurement, Sub-Contracting, Quantity Surveying, and Finance functions within the Company.
• Responsible for the review of project plans and specifications and ensure effective coordination between the E&A team and other departments to confirm complete scope.
• Responsible for identifying and evaluating all cost-related technical issues in projects.
• Responsible for ensuring the comprehensive review and completion of the bid forms and to ensure that they are within the given specifications.
• Responsible for ensuring the close monitoring of tender results and to ensure proper updating in the tender register.
• Responsible for conducting tender costing review with senior management and tender committee for approval.

Job Requirements:

The Manager/Senior Manager (equivalent to Technical Superintendent/Senior Superintendent) will actively lead an on-shore and off-shore team to deliver high quality, innovative, sustainable solutions to the customer with complete responsibility for safe and cost-effective management of the vessels assigned.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Management / Operations

· Accountable for vessel inspection and ensure the ships condition and maintenance standards adhere to organisation procedures

· Maintenance of ship certificate and survey status at all times keeping track of renewals and placement on board vessels.

Financial Management

· Maintain, monitor and report budgets for all vessels under charge. Work closely with Technical staff, purchasing and finance controllers to ensure budget is within the agreed variables/targets *(current target 3% variance)

· Support reporting manager to plan “Operating Budget” for all vessels under charge.

· Responsible for planning and execution of all dry-docking activities within the allotted budget limits

· Scan the environment and recommend improvement in processes to enhance productivity an efficiency in the system

· Drive implementation of approved ‘Continuous Improvement’ projects in collaboration with the Quality team

· Responsible for corrective action being implemented to remedy safety hazards or risks and restore a safe working environment on board vessels. Escalate to Manager in the event of the hazards/risks exceeding authority limits provided in the role

Purpose and Scope

Scrutinize and review major investments and advise on legal risk in industrial parks, ready built factories/warehouses (RBF/RBW) and commercial and residential property projects including M&A / divestments, corporate restructuring, leases and other contracting requirements for day-to-day business.

• Advising on Joint Venture matters (including JV governance).

Conduct Content Research and Development Efforts

• Chart out the required timelines and plans; and work with content researcher and the research team (inhouse, DCS, interns etc) to flesh out the NSG content narrative and vet the research of the content researcher, and develop the final gallery exhibition content together with the content researcher and other stakeholders (such as the advisory panel, National Museum curators etc).
• Conduct desk, open source, library and archival research as required – where necessary, to work with MSD/KRAD and other internal agencies to access classified documents/material – to produce holistic and detailed Gallery plans on how to incorporate and feature these materials/research.
• Keep abreast of developments in the defence/security landscape, as well as developments and approaches in the field of military history and its storytelling, that could be incorporated into the storyline and gallery presentation.
• Assess the sufficiency of the mapped-out inventory of exhibition assets (artefacts and multimedia) for display in the NSG; work with the relevant agencies/individuals to procure more if needed.
• Liaise and work with relevant internal and external stakeholder – including MINDEF/SAF agencies, WOG agencies/Ministries, and Defence Collective Singapore – on the content research effort, as well as requests for loans or acquisitions of objects needed to support the exhibits.

Conduct Curatorial and Museum Design Efforts

• Manage the procurement of the museum exhibition design vendor; chart project timelines and work with vendor to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the NSG in 2027/28.
• Track, manage and meet timelines and fora clearance requirements for the museum design and other design-related proposals.
• Help conduct and integrate findings from surveys and focus group discussions on the gallery content and visitor experience into the overall gallery planning.

Job Description

• Analyse trends and outlook in the low carbon energy value chain, including current and emerging technologies in each segment of the value chain, as well as develop go-to-market strategies in key investment geographies, taking into consideration the following:

o Market size, growth rates

o Government / regulatory policies

o Competitor analysis

o Market entry thesis

• Screen opportunities and develop project pipeline in low carbon energy value chain, and build market presence by identifying and developing sustainable long-term business relationships
• Develop techno-economic models to evaluate high potential projects from the perspective of technical, commercial, financial, risk, compliance considerations
• Negotiate commercial contracts as part of deal execution to target the best risk adjusted returns

Job Summary:

As the Sr. Manager, Business Development, Japan, based in Singapore, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing distributor relationships in the Japanese market. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to expand market share, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. You will work closely with regional and global teams to align strategies and drive sustainable growth in Japan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Distributor Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors in Japan.
  Ensure distributors comply with company standards and effectively cover the market.
  Monitor distributor performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Business Growth:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in Japan.
  Lead initiatives to establish a presence in untapped markets and drive revenue growth.
  Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Strategic Planning:Analyse market trends and customer needs to adapt strategies that drive competitive advantage.
  Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and product distribution.

• Customer Relationship Management:Manage key customer relationships and serve as the primary liaison with important stakeholders in Japan.
  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly and effectively.
• Financial Management:Responsible for P&L management for the Japanese market, ensuring profitability and financial accountability in business activities.
  Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
• Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all aspects of business operations and activities.
  

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.

• Proven track record of successful business development in Japan within the healthcare industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with the ability to drive business performance and achieve results.

To be a senior contributor in the Trust Services team, supporting the Head of Trust Services (Private Clients) to lead and manage the Private Clients team to be an effective, efficient and profitable part of Ocorian.

The candidate will be responsible for the client administrative delivery, operations and service standards of their area whilst creating strong profitable relationships with clients.

To motivate and promote a culture of teamwork through excellent leadership and mentoring.

Main responsibilities

• Support the local Head of Trust Services (Private Clients) in his/her overall duties, including but not limited to, overseeing the daily client administration, operational aspects, ongoing regulatory and compliance oversight, business development efforts, and motivating the team.
• To support and mentor the Trust Services team including assisting with ongoing client responsibilities, in addition to supporting with the management of the Group.
• Guide, motivate and oversee the Trust officers and managers to ensure excellence in client delivery, within agreed timelines whilst esteeming appropriate risk mitigation.
• Support and ensure performance targets of the Private Clients team are on track and motivating.
• To manage the day-to-day administration of the Private Client team specifically covering a varied and complex portfolio of trust structures, and to maintain a wide knowledge and understanding of trust and corporate administration generally, to include money laundering, compliance and relevant legislation.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the structures used by clients and the reasons for so doing.
• Act as Director and/or bank account signatory for Private Clients client companies
• Act as Resident Manager for Ocorian Singapore Trust Company
• Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO) for investment holding companies underlying Trust structures where appropriate.
• Foster close working relationships with other service and support lines in the local office and Group.
• To ensure absolute compliance with KYC procedures whilst maintaining knowledge of the client business and operational workloads.
• Work closely with Business Development and Subject-Matter-Experts (SMEs) with the on-boarding of new business within the Group.
• To ensure prompt billing and cash collection are carried out effectively and in a timely manner.
• Any other such duties that would be reasonably required for this role.

Senior Program Manager (PMP/ HMLV)

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Familiarity with MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems.
