1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. They may directly or indirectly lead customer support teams to acheive best in class customer support. They will establish, monitor and report specific KPI’s and seek to improve short falls. Job Scope:

1. Programme Coordination: Coordinate events and engagements that facilitate meaningful interactions and dialogue between volunteers and participants.

2. Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, local organisations, schools, and other stakeholders, recognising them as key collaborators in the development and execution of the community programmes.

3. Operations Management: Work with appointed Event Management Company to manage the complex scheduling requirements for the programme – ensuring the successful assignment of suitable volunteers to event timeslots. To also manage all logistical matters to ensure programme effectiveness.

4. Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of the programme, gather feedback from stakeholders, and prepare reports to assess the impact and success of the initiative. When required, to be on-site at the programme venue to evaluate performance of facilitators and volunteers, and implement suitable interventions should programme quality fall short.

5. Budget Management: Monitor and track budget utilisation of assigned programmes and prepare reports for proper accountability of funds and resources.
