Assistant Manager, Front Office

Summary of Responsibilities:

• The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
• Assist guests with check in and checkout, and other cashiering duties
• Capable of defining, coordinating and managing a service delivery system utilizing resources, tools, data and service standards

• Ensure strict compliance of the Credit Card Privacy – PCI and to the Cash Float SOP

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE “A” Level or equivalent

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)

This Position will support the Supply Chain/Customer Service funcion in Singapore, responsible for the day to day operations from a supply chain management perspective and strive for Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) by resolving internal and external customer inquiries related to Customer Service function, serve as the primary link between the company, Service Provider (3PL) and customers.
