Your Role: A Day in the Life of an Intern

As an Intern at Achievers Dream, you’ll play a vital part in assisting our Teachers and Lab Technicians. Each day, you’ll:

• Enhance Curriculum: Collaborate with the team to develop, refine, and innovate chemistry curriculum materials.
• Support Learning: Work closely with teachers to deliver lessons and provide one-on-one guidance to students.
• Prepare for Experiments: Mix and prepare solutions, set up lab experiments, and organize equipment.
• Record Data: Assist in tracking and analyzing experimental data to support student learning.
• Handle Operations: Perform essential administrative tasks, maintain lab safety, and ensure everything is organized and ready to go.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and teaching of the Primary Science / GCE 'O' / 'N' Level Chemistry / GCE 'A-Level Chemistry / IP or IB (Chemistry) aligned to MOE syllabus using Achievers Dream's ‘Customized Accelerated Foundation’ Teaching Methodology
• Attend ongoing peer-sharing and training sessions for professional growth and development to keep abreast with the latest educational trends and pedagogies related to language teaching
• Collaborate with other team members to implement projects

• 100% commitment to AD Training Programme: This will be a full-time training opportunity. If you were selected for this position, you cannot be holding another full-time/part-time job or running your own business on the side (…even tuition assignments are not allowed).
• Grow Together with Company for the Next 3-5 years: You are clear that you love to teach but you do not want the admin work and office politics. We are looking for associates who can commit for at least 3 to 5 years.

This key role will involve managing administrative, operational, and sales-related responsibilities to ensure seamless enrolment processes and to deliver a pleasant customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Operations: You will be the face of the Centre, greeting visitors and answering phone calls. You will handle administrative tasks such as registration of new students, managing walk-ins, and responding to inquiries from parents.
• Sales and Enrolment Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract new students and increase enrolment.Conduct outreach to potential students and their families through various channels, including phone calls and emails. Provide information about our tuition programs, courses, and schedules to interested parents. Guide parents through the enrolment process, including registration, payment, and scheduling.
• Centre Management: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at the Centre. This may involve organizing schedules, maintaining the Centre's cleanliness and orderliness, and ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout their child's enrolment. Maintain accurate records of student enrolment, attendance, and payments using our database systems.
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, managing student records, and preparing reports as needed. Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure smooth operation of classes and timely communication with parents regarding student progress. Handle general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Reporting: You will be responsible for keeping the Centre Manager informed of any issues or concerns that arise. You will also be expected to provide regular updates on the Centre's performance, including enrolment and attendance.
• Collaboration: You will be workin closely with the Teaching & Curriculum Team to ensure that students receive the best possible education and support. You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
