This is an operational position within the Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS). The incumbent will be part of the team to support the core functions of the centre. Their duties would include administration, education and training, collaboration and partnership, and secretariat functions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Director and Head of Operations at the ACHS, the Assistant Manager will be part of the team to support the core duties of the centre:
a) Centre Administration
- Point of contact between researchers and various administration departments to support the management of research projects

Qualifications

NUS Office of Internal Audit (OIA) is an independent unit that plays an important role in partnering with the stakeholders across the University to ensure that management anticipates, recognizes, and appropriately manages risks through its audit and advisory services.

As a data analyst in our Internal Audit Team, you are involved in the design and performance of data analytics tests to support OIA’s continuous monitoring and auditing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant datasets and perform data extraction and transformation from various sources (e.g. structured and unstructured data from multiple systems).
• Create automated scripts to execute data analytics procedures to identify trends, anomalies and insights to support continuous monitoring and auditing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Financial and Operational Audit, IT Audit and external stakeholders to develop interactive dashboards and reports to meet the business needs.
• Help identify opportunities to innovate and transform how audits are performed through automation and data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology)
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. SQL / Python).
• Proficiency in use of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Alteryx / Tableau / Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Experience working with applications of RPA, NLP techniques and machine learning would be advantageous.
• Strong interest in the application of data science and generative AI within the audit, risk and fraud domain.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Identify Korean consumers’ needs and wants for P&G’s products, and provide inputs to Research & Development and technical team to design the right package and formula to win with local consumers
• Lead consumer research to develop qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses Korean consumers’ unmet needs
• Communicate with Korean local partners, stakeholders and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives
• Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute TV copy production designed/customized for the cultural nuances of Korean consumers
• Develop initiatives fit-for-use toolkits (including copy, prints, digital i-banners, social & eCommerce contents, sampling trial toolkits, in-store activation and demos, etc.), and deploy/guide Korea delivery team for execution
• Coordinate with R&D, Consumer Research teams to qualify the product and package through various tests.
• Craft promotion/pricing strategy and customer/distributor trade terms with the local trade team
• Work with technical team to find the best solution of supply chain to manage the product cost within affordable level

Qualifications

• A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s, preferably with some business focus)
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Commercial operations, Brand management exposure
