Summary:

Our client is seeking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior Service Engineer to join their team. Candidates with relevant qualifications but no experience can apply. In this role, you will support senior engineers and handle service orders from their Service & Commissioning Manager and Coordinator. You will be responsible for evaluating, troubleshooting, repairing, and ensuring the safe return of equipment to service. Job scope:

• Assistant Senior/Service & Commissioning Engineer on-site
• Execute service orders and assignments as directed by the Service & Commissioning Manager or Coordinator.
• Serve as the field representative to assess, troubleshooting, analyze, repair, test and return equipment to service based on instructions from service orders.
• Create daily reports on completed service tasks, issues encountered, and resolutions, sending them to the service mailbox.
• Complete all required documentation and submit reports related to service tasks.
• Ensure that all services are conducts in a safe and effective manner, adhering to company and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science or related field.

Job Description

· Preferred Experience in Construction or Shaft with Pipe Jacking, Open Cut Layer for Water Pipes and Sewer Pipes.

· Management planning and coordination of all activities.

· Management of outreach programme, administrative and contractual matters

· Own and be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meeting requirements and within allocated budget.

· Manage project lifecycle, from requirement, design, technical construction, testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation.

· Participate in pre-project activities such as estimation of project efforts, preparation of high-level project plan with project timeline and resource requirements, and staffing and organisation of project team.

· Plan, coordinate and communicate project plan, timeline and activities to the project team.

· Monitor and track progress of projects and stay on top of the projects to ensure smooth execution.

· Manage and coordinate project deliverables, ensuring their quality and configuration management.

· Analyse and highlight project risks and develop necessary risk mitigation plans.

· Analyse and highlight project dependencies to pre-empt project issues.

· Maintain project issue register to keep close match of the project issues till their resolution.
