The Executive, Admin will provide comprehensive administrative and secretariat support to the Senior VP, Executive VP, and the Aerostructure and Systems department. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings and handling sensitive information. The ideal candidate will be an organized and resourceful individual with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Organize and manage events, meetings, and special projects as required.
• Work with sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality per compliance with Company’s guidelines and policies.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring an efficient and well-organized office environment.
• Assist to draft and edit correspondence like letters, emails, reports and presentations etc.
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the department.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks related assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' related experiences in office administration.

Job Description

• Implement developmentally-appropriate curriculum according to the Company’s curriculum framework

• Responsible in maintaining quality classroom and learning environment that supports development in accordance to the curriculum framework

• Execute daily routine accordance to time schedule

• Administrate minimum paper work for reference / recording purposes

• Consistently maintain regular observation and evaluation of infant/toddler’s development and growth progress

• Ensure safety of each child through close supervision, whether in the classroom setting, play area, or any other areas within the school compound

• Perform childcare / infant care routines in a prompt and hygienic manner that is consistent with the early years child development practices.

• Maintain daily journal of milk feeds, solid feeds, diapering, etc., in accordance to relevance for each development group (Babies, Junior and Senior Infants)

• Plan and implement engaging learning experiences/exploration

Requirement

• Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) / Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education, or Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education
