The successful candidate will be required to:

• Follow up on feedback from patients and stakeholders.
• Work with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Doctors, nurses, allied healthcare and ancillary staff) on conflicts resolution and ensure prompt service recoveries.
• Lead, participate or support improvement and transformation initiatives and be comfortable with using digital tools such as Zoom and teams to conduct training and execute patient oriented initiative.
• Assist with patient feedback systems maintenance, data collation, report preparation, service dashboard, customer analytics and insights.
• Assist to establish/coordinate Centre’s policies and procedures, as and when necessary, for continual improvement of service standards.
• Participate and support cluster initiatives such as the new CRM system and SingHealth Patient Advocacy Network.

Job Requirements

• Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented industry.
• A self-driven and excellent team player who is positive, proactive and resourceful.
• Strong customer-centric mindset, interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and problem solving skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
• Results-oriented with able to multi-task.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with digital media and data analytics software such as Tableau will be added advantage.

He or She will be in charge of a team of workers, must be able to work 12 hours shift in a sensitive medical environment. At some areas, will need to wear clean suit to enter the room to clean. Must be knowledgable and have at least 5 years experience in the relavant industry.

He or She must be able to proper hygiene handle the food to the patient and clearing accordingly.

He or She must also be able to do planning, know how to read, write and converse in English.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.
• Responsible for management of subcontractors, suppliers in term of site progress and programme
• Liaise with authorities, client's representatives and consultants
• Responsible for project quality, health & safety and environmental issues
• Project Management reporting
• Monitoring of project cost and budgetary control
• Troubleshoot and guide project teams on a wide variety of complex problems with interdependence on other projects
• Identify solutions within broad application and functional expertise
• Recommend and drive the analysis of and solutions to problems.

Job Requirements:

• Possess recognised Degree in Project Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ construction working experience in project/site management in construction industry
• Preferably completed relevant safety courses required by MOM
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Good project management, communication and good analytical skills
• Ability to work with tight schedule in a fast-paced environment
• Adopt a proactive mindset when facing and solving issues; take charge of the planning and organization of resources and activities at the site
• Proponent of lean principles, actively seeking to maximize value and minimize waste in processes and resource management
• Believer of empirical data and measurement as the basis of decision-making to improve efficiency and productivity

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day accounting transactions per charity accounting standards, not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and bank reconciliations.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports including the preparation of grant claim reports to relevant funding agencies.

• Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with prevailing accounting standards, and company accounting SOPs/policies.

• Assist in annual budget preparation.

• Liaise with bankers, auditors, and other stakeholders on related matters.

• Maintain fixed assets register.

• Maintain donation records using donor management system and crowd funding databases, and prepare tax deductible receipts & letters of appreciation to donors.

• Conduct in-house training on finance policies and processes to staff.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.

Competencies and Requirements:

• Minimally Diploma in Business Management/Accounting.

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Other accounting qualification or accreditation will be considered.

• Experience in an accounting firm or a large charity is an advantage.

• Familiar with charity related accounting processes and financial governance.

• Able to commence within short notice is highly preferred.
