You will engage with key stakeholders and work on projects that will help promote connections and partnerships across different stakeholders in the social and health sector that will work together to support our seniors.

• Develop, implement, monitor and review enablers that will help build an integrated care ecosystem. These include funding administration, care model development, design and implementation of standardised processes and templates, and the design and monitoring of performance indicators and dashboards.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders including MOH, the Regional Health Systems, Primary Care and Community Care Providers to identify gaps and barriers to the building of an integrated care system
• Identify and systematise enablers and solutions that close gaps, overcome barriers and lead to better health and social outcomes for our clients
• Develop and implement rapid prototyping of solutions and evaluate its effectiveness in mitigating systems barriers to building of an integrated care ecosystem
• Support the development and rollout of IT enablers
• Work with stakeholders on programme review and evaluation
• Synthesize the learnings and experience for improvement in programme design and implementation
• Identify best-practices and implement platforms for cross sharing and learnings between providers
• Build close relationships with key stakeholders to encourage partnerships and collaborations that will help seniors age well in place.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a business partner to oversee the Profit Centre financial performance.
• Work closely with the commercial/operational teams and participate in relevant management control activities.
• Provide valuable financial/non-financial information and suggestions to drive for financial excellency.
• Review the monthly closing and internal reporting process from subsidiaries to ensure compliance with Group reporting requirements.
• Perform critical and in-depth analysis of the Profit Centre’s operating performance.
• Build dashboards on profitability, cost control, working capital efficiency, cash flow management, and other key efficiency and productivity indicators.
• Drive the annual budgeting, business action plans formulation and budget control.
• Control and report key risks including risk of material misstatement in financial reporting as well as any other risks that threaten the value protection and creation.
• Ensure Group financial control policies/guidelines are strictly followed by subsidiaries.
• Any other ad-hoc matters assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking.
• Qualification in Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations would be added advantages.
• At least 5 years of controllership experience.
• Commodity trading and manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Good business acumen and strategic insights
• Experienced with complex budget and financial model.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Decent proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia/Malay is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within freight forwarding, shipping, air cargo, logistics, supply chain, or similar industries, specifically in business development, sales, commercial, operations, or customer service
• Pure hunting role; must have working knowledge of freight forwarding and/or logistics operations and sales processes
