About the job

Your responsibility involves:

• Service Management: Monitor and manage IT service delivery, ensuring services meet established KPIs and SLAs.
• Incident Resolution: Act as the primary contact for incidents and service requests, coordinating responses and resolutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in service delivery processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support, business units, and external vendors, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assisting the project manager to lead project implementation which includes ensuring project adheres to schedule, timeline and risk management
• Maintaining prompt communication and timely reports to business stakeholders on project status while monitoring project progress on issues such as quality, costs, planning and resources.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 years of experience in IT Service Management / business engagement / external vendor or IT project management.

Position: Part-Time Service Crew (Japanese Dining)

Salary: SGD 13 to 15 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting our staff to take the helm of daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoother than miso soup.
• Shine in front-of-house roles: from cashiering and order-taking to serving culinary delights and beverages, as well as clearing and resetting dining areas.
• Ensure our bar is a treasure trove of necessities, from sushi-grade delights to sparkling sake.
• Provide hospitality that's warmer than a bowl of ramen, greeting and attending to guests with genuine care.

What We're Looking For:
