Required skills and qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations of Singapore.
• Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics.

· To manage a team of Technical Development Engineers in new development of the DC Chargers as well as the Controller cards

· To guide and advise the Development Engineer in the development and design the DC Charger/AC & DC Distribution Board base on customers requirement using Chloride Proprietary Cards

· To work with production team in fabricating the DC Chargers and provide technical support/manual/test sheet for quality check

· Comfortable in working with Customers to provide help in their design specification when require

· To work with contractor on new development of Chloride product on product improvement or market expansion
