The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the engineering and delivery of mechanical and structural aspects of construction under direction from the Construction Manager. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of medication supply and management services to our Intermediate and Long-term care clients. You will be involved in the dispensing production line, operation and maintenance of the Automated Tablets Dispensing and Packing System (ATDPS), pharmacy stock inventory control, quality assurance, and process improvement activities.

The selected applicant will be stationed at Pharmacy Services Centre, PSC (located at Buangkok Green Medical Park).

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Diploma in Pharmacy Science or GCE "A' / 'O' / 'N' level with a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Course conducted by the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore
• Good team player, meticulous,service-orientated, and possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in managing the operations of the call centre
• Manage the performance of Call Centre Agent(s) in call, email and chat handling, ensuring that specific service level and turnaround targets are met
• Monitor team adherence and quality performance against targets
• Collaborate closely with the Service Quality Executive to breach any gaps in training and improve performance quality
• Manage and resolve any escalated cases or disputes, ensuring that appropriate and timely escalations are made to client(s) as and when is required
• Manage and resolve any internal problems or conflicts at the first level in the workplace before any escalation to the Operations Manager
