Requirements

• Diploma in Customer Service or relevant
• Experience with front counter duties and customer service
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead position is preferred.
• Pleasant disposition, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office).
• Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Requirement

• Knowledge of BaaN software (or similar such as ERP, SAP)
• Good communication skills (oral and written) to interact with internal and external customers.

Job description:

• Be trained either as a Cashier or Toast & Beverage Crew or Service Crew
• For Er Dang Jia Lala Pot, prepare drinks and turn around tables. Selected candidates will receive training to manage orders for Private Rooms and will be eligible for incentives for customer retention.
• For JUwei Nanyang, brew traditional coffee & tea, make bread toasts & eggs
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet
• Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
• Part-Time Shifts: 12pm-3pm or 7pm-11pm or 7pm-1:30am

• Identify and resolve problems with marine motors, auxiliary engines, steering systems, and other related components.
• Repair inboard and outboard engines, focusing on fuel, cooling, and exhaust systems.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of all shipboard systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of nautical maintenance and repair experience.
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools and marine service equipment.
• Good understanding of marine engines, auxiliary engines, and cargo pumps.
