Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a branch
• Manage personnel and operations at showrooms, company events, roadshows on a rotational basis, including training and organising manpower

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers (RMs) in Singapore, including processing documentation, arranging meetings, and producing presentation materials.
• Assist RMs in servicing corporate banking clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues.

1. Lead the MEP design development and coordination meetings.

2. Review and coordinate design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

19. Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations if necessary

21. Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers if necessary

22. Conduct M&E coordination meeting & site walk with subcontractors, consultants and client.
