Job Description:
・Handling correspondence from HQ in Japan
・Ensure seamless support for members by offering tourist and local information and handling reservations.
・Deal directly with customers/members either by Telephone/Electronically.
・Respond promptly to customer/members inquiries.
・Handle and resolve customer complaints (obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints)
・Provide updated information (Benefit/Membership plans) to customers.
・Carry out the Sales promotion by offering good and attractive privileges or information to the existing clients.
・Contribute towards increasing the number of merchants (merchant research) in Singapore.
・Maintain and improve the relationships with current merchants and establish the relationships with new merchants
・Contribute to increase sales by providing customer service work
Job Requirements:
・Minimum 1 year of experience in the Hospitality industry or Customer related job.
・Excellent interpersonal skills for superior customer service
・Intimate knowledge of the customer’s individual needs
・Well-versed in handling all necessary tourist arrangements
・Intermediate IT skills
・Proficient in negotiating and communicating effectively in both Japanese language and English language with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
