Key Responsibilities

1. Program Implementation:

Duties of a Recovery Nurse

Recovery nurses provide critical care to patients before and after surgery. Recovery nurses treat a wide range of patients. They clean wounds, administer medication and monitor the progress of the patients' conditions

Before Surgery

• Work with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical nurses to prepare patients for surgery.
• To record vital signs, instruct patients on the details of the procedures and administer intravenous therapy and medication.

After Surgery

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs in the security industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to understand potential clients and the competitive landscape.
• Create and deliver compelling sales proposals that showcase the value of our security services.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability, including competitive analysis and pricing optimization.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs and expectations.
• Strategize business expansion, balancing financial goals with customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events and networking sessions to promote company services and build business relationships.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support the company’s strategic goals and vision.

Requirements

• 3-5 years proven experience in the security industry, with a strong understanding of market trends, services, and client needs.
• Established network of business contacts within the security sector, with the ability to leverage these relationships to drive business growth.
• Track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, particularly in achieving revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and close deals.
• Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to maintain strong client relationships and foster new connections.
• Strategic thinking with experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies and business expansion plans.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will be leading the sourcing team and Leading medium to long term sourcing strategy and supplier development, in the production country to create strong vendor partnerships, ensuring that all products are developed on time and in line with the brand’s creative and strategic direction.

You will co-create product development and innovation strategies in collaboration with the brand product development teams in the US (Global), APAC and Europe.

You will work with the Asia Product Supply Sourcing team in the hub, to create the sourcing strategy, for your production country.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

(but not limited to)

· Managing vendor partnerships, ensuring performance that supports the product development processes of the brands

· To formulate sourcing strategies, propose alternatives in meeting end to end Supply Chain objectives, ensuring quality and

· Build supply pipelines through sourcing and incorporate strategic dimensions and capabilities of suppliers, emphasis on quality management practices, process capabilities, design and development, and cost reduction capabilities into the decision-making process.

· Effectively breaks down functional work plan into detailed work activities, ensures the team is fully aware of their respective roles & responsibilities

· Enhancing and advocating for vendors’ capabilities and use of new technologies, to drive innovation of process and product

· Communicating proactively with Asia Hub stakeholders, product development and design teams to build and adhere to a product development calendar that enables best in class on time samples, execution and delivery.

· Communicating proactively with stakeholders, when there are development concerns raised – and provide solutions where possible, to rectify, whilst maintaining set calendar dates

· Collaboration with all ‘in country’ internal stakeholders across Production, Global Material Supply, Compliance, Responsible Sourcing, Product Stewardship, Logistics and Quality teams to ensure the Delivery of all set KPIs.

· Fostering and role modeling a culture of inclusion, candor and trust.

· Support all associates in the team, to ensure they create and drive their individual development plans – and develop a regular cadence of review.

· Challenge the status quo by adopting a creative and curious style that can drive continuous improvement

· Participate in company-wide initiatives to promote VF purpose activation and to improve VF Asia Product Supply systems and processes.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

· Knowledge of apparel – with proven experience in development of knitted and woven product and managing a diverse product collection.

· You will be coaching and developing your team, providing timely constructive feedback enabling them to excel and realize their potential.

· Proven leadership experience in managing multi-cultural teams and ability to influence stakeholders on a global level to advance business goals.

· A basic understanding of paper patterns creation and an understanding of digital product creation will be an advantage.

· Executive presence – you will be capable of capturing your audience’s attention, being composed and well prepared.

· Ability to lead, facilitate and champion change.

EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE

Ø Academic Degree. Textile, Apparel or related field Preferred.

Ø Working Experience 7 to 10 years related to sourcing.

Ø Supervisory management exposure will be an advantage

Ø Language Proficiency: Good communication skills in English. Local language proficiency will be an advantage.

Ø Exposure to digital platforms for developing product, driving process efficiency will be a huge advantage
