• Field Support. To carry out Corrective Maintenance (CM) as a result of failure of the hardware and software related to a mission critical system. To restore the system to its operational condition. Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested. Customer complaints handling will also include the necessary communication with all the stake holders (Customer, Supplier, CS, PP, SVM, LOG). Key Responsibilities:
