As a Senior Desktop Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeing and maintaining the desktop computing environment within the organization. You will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, designing, and implementing desktop solutions, and leading projects to improve system performance and user experience. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of desktop services.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting expertise for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Design, implement, and maintain desktop infrastructure solutions including operating systems, applications, and configurations.
• Lead desktop-related projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

System Architecture and Design:

Essentials:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Extensive experience in desktop engineering, system administration, or related IT roles.
• Proficiency in desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and enterprise management tools (SCCM, Intune, Jamf, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and desktop deployment methodologies (MDT, WDS, etc.).
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation and task scripting.

Missions and Responsibilities
