- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, project management, good communication skills, good personal-relationship skill

- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and co-ordinate with consultants, clients and subcontractor on Civil, Architectural & M&E works.
• To assist and prepare method statement, drawings, work progress and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
• Attend regular site meeting with consultants.
• Supervise all M&E related works on site.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years experience in Mechanical / Electrical.
• Fresh graduate may apply.
• Experience in engineering softwares and AutoCAD.

Outbound Call Associate

• Proactive contact and engage customers to gather critical information through survey activities

• Meet and achieve the individual and company’s key performance indicators

• Acquire a strong knowledge of the products and services, culture and processes

• Provide quality customer service and prompt follow-up to customers over the phone and/or email

• Listen to customers’ needs, probe to redirect to the intent of the question and offer alternative solution

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate issues promptly

• Submit regular reports to Team Lead and propose new ideas and strategies to improve work performance

• Other duties as assigned by Team Lead and/or Branch Head

Requirements

• Diploma / NITEC / GCE ‘O' Level or equivalent
• Minimum C5 for English O level
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry


Special Knowledge or Skills:
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
• Fluency in a second language
• Computer literate and good typing skills

• Understand and interpret drawings and contract documents, resolve site and technical issues.
• Spot and foresee potential issues, preempt abortive works by identifying non-compliance at an early stage, followed by close coordination with QP to resolve the details for timely progress of works.
• Carry out regular site checks on contractors and ensure compliance with health and work safety per MOM regulations.
• Attend site progress, technical, client-consultant, variation, coordination meetings etc., with the project team and client.
• Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as-built submissions etc., are well managed and relayed
