Responsibility:

• Responsible for provision, deployment, configuration, and administration of many different pieces of network and security-related hardware and software.
• Responsible for evaluate, test, and troubleshoot technologies when new technologies are onboard
• Responsible for provide technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests, and queries
• Responsible for IT Governance on Network Security with monitoring and control tasks to ensure processes and implementations are executed correctly
• Experience with firewall rules implementation and troubleshooting upon incidents.
• Involve in update/upgrade/migration of security tools used by the team
• Maintain clear and functional documentations on process guides, technical instructions, network details, etc.
• Manage cybersecurity projects & coordinate with customer to deliver security solutions and initiatives timely.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Information Security or related field;
• Applicants with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and security operations
• Knowledge and understanding of Endpoint security, IDPS, WAF, APT, FW, Cloud Security

Responsibilities:

Technical Support

• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and support to the 3rd party manufacturer, addressing any mechanical engineering-related issues that may arise during production.

Quality Operation

• Collaborate with the manufacturer to establish and maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring the consistency and reliability of our products.

Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the manufacturing workflow.

Problem Solving

• Analyze and resolve mechanical engineering challenges, preventing or minimizing production delays and defects.

Product Improvement

• Work closely with the design and development teams to implement design changes and improvements that enhance product quality and manufacturability.

Investment audit & asset management support

• Coordinate investment audit in close collaboration with other functions and conduct periodic physical asset inspection. Support annual inventory check if needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineer or a related field, Master's Degree of Mechanical Engineering is plus
• Min. 5 years in EMS (Electronic device assembly) with excellent understanding of overall supply chain, manufacturing technology, process set-up, process validation and SOP support.
• Open to travel once a week to nearby country (Can be a day trip or overnight trip)
• Prior experience in SMALL DEVICES such as earpods/ smart watch/ from electronic devices ( wearable electronic devices )
• R&D and Manufacturing Production Supervision Experience
