As a Senior Desktop Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeing and maintaining the desktop computing environment within the organization. You will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, designing, and implementing desktop solutions, and leading projects to improve system performance and user experience. Technical Leadership:

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting expertise for complex hardware, software, and network issues.

System Architecture and Design:

Essentials:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Extensive experience in desktop engineering, system administration, or related IT roles.
• Proficiency in desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and enterprise management tools (SCCM, Intune, Jamf, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and desktop deployment methodologies (MDT, WDS, etc.).
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation and task scripting.

Education/ Professional Qualifications Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
