• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data
• Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents’ issues
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor

Requirements:
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Job purpose: Responsible for the development, presentation and management of all Services customer proposals

Role overview:

To support our expanding sales opportunities and pipeline, we are introducing a new role focused on supporting the development and positioning of our Professional Services in the South East Asia Region.

In this role, you will lead all services sales activities from the point when a sales opportunity has been qualified to the start of the project. This includes building an optimal implementation approach for each project and aligning the scope and expectations with new customers and our delivery partners. It also includes coordinating activities related to building a good Statement of Work, which are key to the success of every sales opportunity and ensuring a successful project.

The role will work closely with Operations leadership, Sales and Pre Sales when building project implementation proposals. Supporting them would be other Pre-Sales, Product, Operations Consultants and Partners who would contribute expertise and recommendations to construct a compelling proposal. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong project management, consulting, and product knowledge, and will find it exciting to meet new customers and build strong relationships at all levels.

In summary, the Services Sales Manager is effectively responsible for coordinating a successful Services Sales campaign for all prospects in their geography. This includes developing a compelling implementation proposal and Statement of Work that is aligned to the client expectations, ensuring that projects deliver measurable value, and meets our own profitability targets.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Responsible for managing the Services Sales process in new sales opportunities.
• Recommending an optimal implementation approach for all new sales cases, considering the Customers’ goals, expectations, and business requirements.
• Recommending the most suitable pricing strategy for Services together with the regional Operations leadership.
• Orchestrating the best team setup for the relevant sales phase workshops including Product experts, external Partners, regional resources etc.
• Responsible for the creation of the Statement of Work by collaborating with and managing Presales and other Operations team member contributors.
• Collaborating with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to choose and present the best solution offering and phasing to customers in each of the sales opportunities.
• Presenting to prospects on our project delivery methodology.
• Liaising with other Operations resource owners and Partner Liaison Managers on the right composition of the project team to meet the prospects delivery requirements.
• Building strong relationships with the prospect main stakeholders.

What you Need:

• 8+ years of business operations, consulting and sales experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Project Management experience
• Experience conducting customer discovery workshops, process diagnostics and the development of a services and solution roadmaps
• Ability to articulate and position the value proposition internal and external implementation approach and methodologies
• Ability to assess and direct Customer needs to the appropriate services engagement
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills, to include: needs analysis, positioning,business justification, closing techniques
• Practical experience in persuading others through presentations and written communication
• Ability to develop and articulate Business Cases / ROI studies
• Experience owning the completion and presentation of customer RFI/RFP opportunities.
• Ability to travel, as needed, up to 30%
• BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft office tool utilization skills.

Role:

This is a flexable Full-time or Part Time, onsite, Customer Service Role which is located at either our Marina Square or Suntec City locations which are adjacent buildings and less than 5 minutes walk to each other. Although shifts will be allocated to a designated site, there will be an opportunity to man either site due to our flexible shifts policy. It is important to note that both the MBPSports Racket sports sites are within 5 minutes walking and very easily accessed via public transport and situated in the heart of Singapore,s CBD.

You will work closely with a tight supportive team inclusive of the CEO and Founder, Administrative Manager, Teacher - Coaches , clients and Co-workers. Suntec or Marina Square are easily accessed by nearest MRT's - Esplanade, Prominade and City Hall).

Our company has serviced its CBD Marina Square (main office) site for 22 years as a racket sports site manager and is expanding its services to the adjacent Suntec City building from November 2024. We offer opportunities for career progression and better work - life balance.

Responsibilities:

The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:

1. Attend to incoming phone calls, enquiries and deliveries promptly (mostly our bookings will be managed automatically via our online website and app presence).

2. Attend to walk-in students, teacher-coaches, visitors and site stakeholders with care and empathy.

3. Contact site users of cancellation / rescheduling of sessions and reasons changes are necessary.

4. Man the General Office reception counter and ensure it remains clean and tidy.

6. Manage simple office administrative tasks such as receiving and directing of incoming mails/packages, making trips to Post Office, managing and distributing notifications and letters to teacher - coaches and clients, trays, filing, collating and printing of documents.

7. Call & engage with clients for administrative matters e.g. GIRO forms, support in opening / registering and maintaining online accounts.

8. Perform administrative tasks using basic Microsoft Office e.g. data entry, preparing Word documents & Excel spreadsheets.

9. Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company e.g. assist in maintaining adequate stock levels by re ordering from our vendors as required.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

1. Preferably 2 years' experience in front desk reception duties (not essential as full training and guidance will be provided within our orientation that will allow those with no experience quickly gain confidence and in the role.

2. Relevant reception / management experience in a sports setting would be highly advantageous.

3. Experience with administrative work using basic MS Office (Word, Excel).

4. GCE “O” level certificate with at least 2 “O” level passes.

Summary:

Contract Period: From 21 Nov 2024 to 21 Mar 2025 (opportunities to extend and grow within the organisation will be made available and offered to suitable candidates)

Working Hours:

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours (a maximum of 44 hours per week):

Shift 1

• Mutually agreed fixed roster for days 7:00am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break

Shift 2

• Mutually agreed fixed roster for days 1:45m to 10:00pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
