Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

· Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar desktop support or IT helpdesk role.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.

· Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365.

Job Responsibilities

Accomplish Day to Day Operations

1. Perform VIP Guest meet and greet and farewell process according to the set standard.
