JOB PURPOSE:

The F&B Service Attendant is responsible for ensuring all guests receive great experiences through the delivery of outstanding service, adhering to all established standards & procedures.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsibilities include upholding a positive culture with genuine service, a vibrant personality, personal finesse, professionalism and proactiveness towards achieving departmental goals.

1. Undertake restaurant operational tasks which includes taking of food & beverages orders

2. Display of excellent customer service at all times, greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner

3. Create great customer experience and attentive towards the customers and their queries

4. Ensure prompt serving and clearing of plates after guests complete dining

5. Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the restaurant

6. Support manager in ensuring station is well maintained and well stocked

7. Any other tasks/duties as assigned by Supervisors

KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum tertiary education with minimum 1 year experience in F&B service

• Handle assigned Product from design to end of life and prepare the NPI schedules and ensure to meet the timeline.
• Monitor the progress of the product start from design to New Product Introduction (NPI) and site transfer until production ramp up.
• Liaise with respective functional department and teams to clear the roadblocks of any issue related to assign products.
• Develop continuous product improvement costing, process etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of product transfer experience in Electronics industry.
• Able to multitask and good computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate a hands-on role involving Penetration testing and Vulnerability assessment of the ICT systems (i.e. Web, Mobile, Thick Client, Network).

• Plan and create penetration testing methods, scripts, and tests.

• Carry out scoping activities to identify what components of a given system require penetration testing

• Define test requirements and criteria to carry out the Penetration Testing.

• Create reports and recommendations from findings, security issues and level of Risk.

• Advise on methods to fix or lower security risks to Development Team.

• Present findings, Risks, and conclusions to stakeholders.

• Automate penetration testing activities to save time and effort.

• Be a mentor and carry out training sessions to new joiners and junior resources on Penetration Testing activities.

• Involves on the Security Testing and other Tools procurement activities.

• Work on the Penetration Testing Process improvement areas.

Skills/Requirement

• 5+ years of relevant experience including Penetration Testing on (Web Application, Mobile, Thick Client and Infrastructure applications)

• Business risk along with good reporting writing and client presentation skills. Consulting experience within a Professional Services organization.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.

• Have a strong sense of responsibility towards delivery of project objectives

• Equipped with programming skills in at least one of following programming language/environment such as SAP, ABAP, .NET, Python, Ruby, JAVA or Regular expression.

• Experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

• Must have the CEH, OSCP or CREST-CRT Certifications.

• Any other Certifications like OSCE, CISSP would be advantage.
