Job Duties of a Licensed Aircraft Engineer

• Day to day routine maintenance & rectification of aircraft defects
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with approved maintenance data, company, authority and customers’ requirements
• Performing aircraft release to service certification (CRS) for maintenance and repair of aircraft according to the Company authorization issued by Quality Department
• Assisting in the forecasting of manpower, spares & equipment needs

· Create quality inspection plans and work instructions for incoming, In-process or outgoing parts to ensure that components and products conform to specifications.

· Define training plan, train QC supervisors, QC technicians and QC inspectors to perform dimensional/functional inspection in accordance to work instructions.

· Perform First Article Inspection for newly inducted materials and parts.

· Perform qualification validation of equipment, processes and test methods

· Ensure the compliance of equipment and tools use during inspection in accordance to Calibration and Preventive Maintenance requirements.

· Participate in Process Failure Mode Effect and Analysis team to mitigate product risk arising from manufacturing

· Initiate and/or execute engineering changes in compliance with Engineering Change Control procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Process Integration, and the CTO USA team, hands on running wafers on semiconductor equipment using MES systems to run process operations.

This is a full role for an Air Export Customer Service located in Changi. Our client provides full-fledged freight forwarder offering full inter-model transportation services for both inbound and outbound cargos. You will take the responsibilities involved supporting assigned customers and overseas agents by managing sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries related to air export bookings with airlines or co-loader agents. It includes following up on client matters, processing air export billing, verifying invoices, and resolving rate disputes. Additionally, the position requires coordinating with customers, sales personnel, overseas agents, and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements. The Project Engineer is responsible for ensuring proper adoption of resource, quality and risk standards as well as managing project profit during the project lifecycle. He/She coordinates all administrative processes related to a project eg reports, claims, payment of invoices, including the final project handover documentation. ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external systems and products serviced by Service Operations
• When required, act as the customer SPOC and coordinate the scheduling of intervention with Customer's, internal resolver groups, and the Service Desk ensuring the highest level of customer services and communications are maintained to resolve the fault and incident within the prescribed SLA.
• Carry out incident and problem management support to the highest standards and co-ordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver groups
• Ensure shortest restoral times possible, initiating the timely escalations to specialized resolver groups inside and outside SITA, according to the customer contracts, SLAs and monitoring requirements
• To ensure the Service Operations team adheres to the highest working standards for all incidents and problems by providing guidance, support and direct management.
• Proactively detect problems related to service and infrastructure operations and delivery services, conduct diagnostics and provide service request ownership to ensure resolution of customer problems
• Support the senior team members in the management, reporting, and coordination of day-day tasks during the absence of the Lead Engineer
• Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality service and infrastructure operations
• Use the appropriate tools and equipment to perform the installation, intervention, and repairs in accordance with Service Operations and Delivery guidelines and instructions where provided

EXPERIENCE:
