• Hands on knowledge of CMM ( Zeiss ), capable in CMM programming is a plus.

• Perform Bio configuration and update in offline environment

• Update/upgrade of Linux OS (patches) in offline environment
• Update/upgrade of application (ONMSi) in offline environment 
• Perform basic computer and network maintenance 

Main Responsibilities

1. Perform required entries in computer systems such as SAP, EMR. Data entry for patient registration, admission, transfer and discharge.

2. Perform payment and financial counselling duties for surgical procedures and services.

3. Provide support for OT/Endo listing and services:

a. Print elective listing for Nursing Teams to confirm elective list

b. Contact patients on day before procedure to reinforce time to come to Centre for admission and fast instructions accordingly.
c. Prioritise and organise patient timings for registration according to the listing.
d. Perform booking of outpatient appointment for patients and booking of inpatient beds for patient requiring admission.
e. Use the respective Electronic Medical Records system to trace the necessary patient records
f. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for receipt and invoices of supplies.
g. Order, and maintain dry rations and other supplies for patients and NOK.

4. Provide general administrative support to the department:

a. Handle incoming and out-going mails, attend to queries from internal and external parties pertaining to the theatre facilities and services.
b. Order, maintain and arrange stationaries and other supplies for departmental use.
c. Provide support for pantry and catering supplies and locker management.

5. Collaborates and co-operate with other departments and health-care personnel in smooth delivery of patient care and services.

6. Co-ordinate operational activities with relevant departments.

Requirements

• Possess at least a GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels, Professional Certificate/NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma
• Possess the ability to speak two or more languages / dialects will be an advantage (to liaise with dialect speaking patients)
• IT literacy and numeracy including conversational, writing making electronic entries e.g. Record information on forms, charts and checklists
• Possess experience in frontline customer service preferred (Preferably with some months working experience in health care industry)
• Possess the ability to work 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support WHC’s transition to the new campus and be part of the WHC’s operations team to ensure efficient clinic operations and deliver good patient experience.
• Perform patient service duties which will include:
• Roving patient service duties - Assist and anticipate patients’ service needs, assist in use of self-service stations or mobile apps
• Room assistance duties- Assist clinicians during consultations, relay doctor’s instructions to patient, manage queue for clinic
• Counter duties - Provide financial counselling, medication supply verification, etc
• Clinically-related duties - Perform phlebotomy, visual acuity etc
• Administration duties – manage phone and email enquiries, ensure clinic readiness etc

Requirements
• Possess at least a GCE 'N' or 'O' levels, Professional Certificate/NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma
• Experience in frontline customer service is preferred
• Possess the ability to work staggered clinic hours, including weekends and public holidays
