Job Description

1. In-depth understanding LIVE scenes, constructing a stable and reliable core business architecture

2. Building advanced compliance-ideal architecture, a global low-latency and high-consistency system

3. Confronting challenges in global multi-datacenter environments and multiple market regions, establishing a leading research and development quality and efficiency system

4. Participating in global collaboration and driving the implementation of technological innovations

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, operating systems, and networks

2. Proficient in at least one programming language, familiar with microservices and common software architecture patterns

3. Capable of systematic problem-solving, excellent in abstracting issues, and possessing good communication skills and responsibility

Job Scope

• Acknowledge the complaint
• Update the complaint in SAP & Customer complaint log
• Track the complaint & close the complaint once actions are completed
• Summarize complaints for monthly reporting (LOS & Q-reporting)
• Properly handle customers’ needs by providing accurate and timely information on inquiries related to cable standards, test reports, and complaint handling
• Conduct incoming inspections when required or prompted by customer complaints
• Update results in the SAP system and release inspected lots according to the defined usage decision
• Generate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and track corrective actions by liaising with the supplier
• Assist in other day-to-day activities related to the QA department as assigned by your superior

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or relevant discipline
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in electrical / electronic product testing and qualification
• Possess knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015 QMS standard will be added advantage
• Possess experience in SAP system will be more advantageous
