13. Ensure the use of calibrated instrument for inspection.

14. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of Product Non-Conformity.

15. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions to problem detected.

16. Verify the implementation of solutions.

17. Control further processing and delivery of Non-Conforming products until the deficiency has been corrected.

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant engineering/production work experience in Chemical industry.
• Experience in designing or optimizing the process control system of chemical plants.
• Basic Engineering Skill with utilizing process and instrumentation diagram (P&ID).
• Knowledge of mass and heat balance calculations of chemical plants.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s degree in chemical engineering
• Knowledge and experience in chemical process simulations (e.g. polymerization, other reaction process, distillation, drying, and so on)

Job Scope

• Interpret technical information (documents, drawings, and data) and analyse the manufacturing process elements.
• Create Bill of Materials structure.
• Create manufacturing Work Instructions and other process documents in collaboration with the Program Management, Production and Quality Assurance Teams.
• Carry out time studies and update the process cycle times.
