• Manage and development IM and digital delivery specifications, execution plan and procedures
• Ensure that the entire project Team understands, supports and adheres to the project digital delivery and IM strategy

Requirements

JOB SCOPE

As part of the Network Operations Center (NOC), triaging and resolution of incidents and problems within the SLA. Operational hours / support hours for the NOC will be 8am to 5pm, 365 days a year

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the implementation of approved network architecture and designs

• Integrates communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, transmission and signaling links and protocols into complete network

BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, and/or equivalent work experience
