· Prepare the commissioning before going on site

· Schedule and conduct daily tests according to commissioning

· Required installation of mechanical and electrical equipment

· Participation in level 6-5-4-3-2-1 testing on site

· Act as sparring partner towards the customer

· Ensure that time schedules are kept

· Analyse and solve problems that may influence the commissioning

· Participate in building and safety meetings

· Training for the customer of operators, service staff, etc.

· Ensure compliance with quality requirements in internal BGMS

· Act as daily compnay’s safety representative on-site and ensure observance of safety regulations

· Daily contact to customer and project management at the company as well as to other suppliers on-site

· Preparation of progress reports, log lists, budgets as well as up-date of documentation on-site

· Plan own and local employees work every day.

Requirement:

· Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering

· More than10 years relevant experience in commissioning of automation industry control systems.

· Committed and good team player with the ability to work independently

· Good communication skills

· Able to work in a culturally diverse environment

Healthcare Project

Job Description:

• Manage and supervise a team of technical supervisors RTOs in performing their duties on site with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works. RE to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• Report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects.
• To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must have the strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements especially to comply with BCA's criteria for buildability and safety assurance system.
• Carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• Implement and sustain the site supervision quality & safety assurance system
• Ensure that proper site documentation for on-going works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shopdrawings, as-built submissions, etc are well managed.
• To attend site progress, technical, client-consultant, variation and coordination meetings
• Any other task assigned from time to time.
• Estimated commencement of work in July 2024.

Job Requirements:

• Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore
• Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing Certificate
• Minimum 8 years’ C&S work experience with strong knowledge in construction of building structures.
• Knowledge in BIM and VDC capabilities will have an added advantage
• A good team player with effective communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
• Preferably with experiences in healthcare projects.
• Preferably conversant with local codes and familiar with local authority’s regulations and requirements
• Good supervisory and leadership skills, with experience in leading a team of Resident Technical Officers

• Assist, manage and review Project Management Plan to monitor all aspects of project including progress, cost management (i.e. Claims & VO verification and procurement negotiation), quality, safety, human resource, environmental and etc.
• Assist Project Director and Project Manager in conceptualizing and executing project schedule, cost, procurement and quality management of project.
• Assist, manage and review project management tool and produce reports to monitor progress of project and identify project critical path.
• Assist in tracking of Architectural Instructions issued and counter propose if necessary.
• Tracks, Interpret and Solve any Drawings discrepancies (RFI) between all Trades.
• Management of project staffs and assists them in fulfilling their potential and beyond.
• Monitoring and ensuring sub-contractors of different trades are able to proceed with their works on site.
• Checking and monitoring wastage of materials on site to ensure no unnecessary wastage of materials.
• Assist PM to chair various committee meetings such as weekly sub-contractors’ coordination meeting, safety committee meeting and etc.
• Leads Weekly Technical Meetings with consultants and client representatives to resolve issues between Architectural, Structural and M&E trades
• Together with PM prepares and presents Biweekly Project Schedule Meeting to Client representatives, consultants and Client QS
• Independently ownership, coordinate & monitor of all ERSS works and relating submissions and requirements between designer and on-site implementation up to dismantling.
• To liaise and coordinate with professional designer for all temporary shoring works and permanent structure works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities and sub-contractors to ensure work progression is on schedule and project milestones / deliverables completed according to shareholders’ expectation.
• Hands-on site day-to-day coordination on architectural, structural, M&E, interior design and fit out works, inclusive resolving all RFI
• Acts as liaison between surrounding neighbourhoods (all nearby properties / owners)
• Preparation of official letters to sub-contractors, consultants and client.
• Carry-out structural inspection with RTO/RE
• Other ad-hoc activities as when required by the company.
