Responsibilities:
- Ensure organization meets/exceeds customers' expectations and complies with TIS internal sales
- Ensure Sales Service team provides a complete and timeliness resolution attending to query, resolve issues leading to positive outcomes for Sales in the Asia Pacific region with a total of 6 Sales Affiliates and 16 countries
- Data, Tools and system – Supporting Sales team in execution through the sufficiency and efficiency of Sales information and database management
- Improvement to the customer pricing process
- Establish guidelines/standards and conduct implementation processes meeting customer SOP's/requirements globally, particularly for MNA, RGN and JA accounts
- Drive successful deployment and adoption of modules for FR division and ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Oversee and providing guidance to Sales Service team
- Facilitate and coordinate for Sales teams in Asia Pacific region
- Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly sales report
- Team Management, coaching & training for Sales Service team
- Manage, upkeep and execute activities following the plans for each calendar year
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skill
- Basic knowledge of process on PRE Sales, AFTER Sales activities and supply chain
- Excellent written and oral communication skill required
- Self-starter with an ability to identify areas for improvement
- Must possess an enthusiastic personality and foster a positive work environment
- Client-focused attitude – a customer advocate
- Must have exemplary follow up skills as well as the ability to solve problem between department and teams, internal and external customers and Affiliates in a fruitful way for both parties
- Good analytical skills to assess customer needs coupled with ability to problem solving cross-functional interfaces (R&D, QA, Operations, Supply chain and Sales)
- Goal and team driven, good motivator and facilitator to ensure that set targets are realized, show leadership and direction
- Good knowledge of international Trade practices in Asia Pacific Basic supply chain and/or international Trade knowledge
- Excellent in excel, word and power point skills
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
