Job scope

Your job and responsibilities include support sales personnel for pre-sales activities, proposing solution that suits customer needs & resolve related solution for site preparation, installation, start-up, commissioning, repair and maintenance of Electrical Power System, Structural cabling, Fire suppression system, UPS, Security Access and CCTV Monitoring System etc.

To supervise and oversee the work progress of project sites. This includes attending to site meeting, coordinating with appointed sub-contractors of various services to see to a smooth completion of projects.

You will be assisting the Electrical Service Department in providing technical support to our staff, customers, and dealers.

Prepare and maintain all project management documentation in accordance with company’s best practices.

Planning and monitoring the project to ensure successful completion within planned timeline as well as status of progress-in-work and report all matters related to project and services.

You are required to perform a complete in-house testing of Power equipment’s.

Answer and attend to service calls, fault-finding, repair and troubleshooting of Electrical System and Power equipment malfunction.

Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the customer project team, supplier, sub-contractors, and clients.

Coordinate and liaise with PEs and/or site supervisors on detail drawings, layout planning and understanding of site requirements.

Prepare, submit, and follow up with applications to the relevant authorities or building management where required.

Preparation of electrical products data & engineering drawing in AutoCAD (2D, 3D).

What a Graphics Current System Interaction Engineer does in HP:

• Ensure the seamless integration of printhead/ink supplies with the printer to deliver good print quality & supplies reliability consistently for our commercial customers.
• Lead the investigation of quality escalations originating from printer factory or the field, working with a cross-functional team to conduct thorough root cause analysis, implement containment actions and deploy corrective and preventive measures effectively.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in the areas of System Interaction between Printhead/Ink Supplies and Printer Hardware during quality escalation and product change management.
• Analyze field-returned products to identify patterns and recommend corrective actions. Develop and implement product and manufacturing improvement plans to mitigate warranty costs & improve customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Customer Assurance, Hardware Partners, Product, Process Engineering and Operations to drive Customer Satisfaction improvement.
• Key liaison between printer hardware and supplies operation organization to coordinate activities & communication between both organizations during quality escalations & key product change management.
• Work closely with the Research & Development (R&D) and New Product. Introduction (NPI) teams to facilitate the smooth transition of NPI and extension products from R&D phase to manufacturing.

• Occasional travel is required and might have to travel on short notices sometimes when there are field quality escalations.
• Possess good understanding of manufacturing quality control processes such as SPC & problem solving methodologies such as 8D.
• Proven experience in print system integration will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
• At least 2 years of presales experience in IT network and Cybersecurity domain.
• Good knowledge of security and networking infrastructure environment.
