4. Business Development:

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform new service offerings and business development initiatives.
• Set and achieve sales and growth targets, tracking progress and reporting regularly to management.

5. Customer Service Excellence:

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Train and mentor team members on customer service best practices and ensure adherence to standards.
• Regularly assess service standards and implement improvements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize and track the pipeline, capturing data on readiness for approval and other relevant data

• Ensure there is an aligned pipeline view

• Maintain and update projects approval data and dashboard

• Prepare the weekly Management dashboard for projects – Pipeline, In-Flight Projects and Projects Target Delivery view

• Prepare the agenda and partner teams for content for the weekly Pipeline Deck Review cadence

Join our client, a fast-paced, international consulting firm as an Assistant Finance Manager, where you will play a key role in financial reporting and consolidation for the region, preparation of quarterly schedule and variance analysis review of the local offices.

The Role

The Assistant Finance Manager will oversee the regional financial close process, managing the consolidation and reporting for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes.
